A Green Planet

This quiz addresses part of the requirements of the National Curriculum KS1 for children aged 5 and 6 in years 1 and 2 in Geography. Specifically it looks at parts of our planet where plants grow. It is one of 50 quizzes to help you understand the world around you.

Not all of the land is green. There are deserts where very little grows. There are frozen wastes and ice and snow. But we need the green parts of the planet so we can live. Without plants we would have no food. At school you will have found out about how important plants are. In this geography quiz we will look at the parts of our planet that are green.
