Mountains and Valleys

This quiz addresses part of the requirements of the National Curriculum KS1 for children aged 5 and 6 in years 1 and 2 in Geography. Specifically it looks at mountains, valleys and features of a hilly landscape. It is one of 50 quizzes to help you understand the world around you.

Some land is flat. Some land is hilly. In some places there are high mountains. In between there are valleys. How the land looks is called the landscape. What is the landscape like round your home?
