# The 20 Times Table

If you want to do well in maths it's a good idea to learn as many of the times tables as you can. Most people learn the times tables up to 12 but, for KS3 Maths, we thought you'd like a bit more of a challenge. That's why we're going to test your times table knowledge all the way up to the 20 times table. In this quiz we look at the last, the 20 times table.

40, 100 and 380 are answers in the 20 times table. That's because they are all multiples of 20. The 20 times table is one of the easier ones so long as you can multiply numbers by 2 and by 10.

If you are glad you've finally reached the end of the times tables then here's a little poem by an unknown author as a reward:

There was a young man from Trinity,
Who solved the square root of infinity.
While counting the digits,
He was seized by the fidgets,
Dropped science, and took up divinity.

I hope you haven't been put off science and maths by the times tables! Have a go at this 20 times table quiz to see how well you can do.
