In this Spanish Difficult Review quiz you will be swapping out words that will still give meaning to a sentence. You first saw the title to this quiz in the Spanish Medium Review quiz series. The title is the give-a-way of how the quiz will work. Simply put, you will be swapping words.
If you took a moment to think about it you would most likely be astounded to know just how many Spanish vocabulary words you actually know now. Even if you never learned another Spanish word, you would be able to communicate quite nicely in almost every area you can imagine. And since you have such a deep vocabulary bank, it is time to challenge the mind to dig deeply.
In addition, as this quiz is also a writing quiz, you are being challenged to write down the given sentences and then re-write the sentence with the proper swapped out Spanish vocabulary word. It is really important that you take the time to write down the words as this is where the brain learns the most. The physical action of writing is the best way to imbed the memory of each word and its spelling.
As a quick refresher, by swapping you are not looking for the Spanish word that matches the given capitalized word. Rather, you are looking for a Spanish word that can replace the capitalized word and still have the sentence make sense. For example, if the sentence reads, 'His dog is black.', and your four answers were 'piso, café, matador and valla', the only word that can be swapped for black is café which means brown. You will always be looking for a good word to swap – not just any word. If you need a refresher, please check out the Spanish Medium Review quiz by the same quiz title as it will help you to take this quiz. Now – let’s begin to write and swap!
